From Concept to Completion
At Parties To Go, we pride ourselves on exceeding the expectations of our clients by offering exceptional service from concept to completion. We specialize in all areas of event design, development, and coordination, covering you from tent top to tabletop.
Parties To Go originally opened its doors in the heart of downtown Eugene in May of 1984. We started out small, with a staff of 2 people, and a very limited inventory of tables, chairs, and essential event equipment. Since then, Parties To Go has grown into the area’s largest special event rental company. Today, we are staffed seasonally from 20 to 40 employees and our inventory is now housed in over 40,000 square feet. You’ll find tents of all sizes, many styles of tables and chairs, a vast array of color and texture in linens, several choices of flatware, china, glassware, and much, much, more.
Our Party Store is the perfect place to visit for ideas, vision, and to see the latest trends we are constantly adding to our inventory. We are dedicated to transforming your ideas (and Pinterest boards!) in to reality. Using our event planning expertise, our wide variety of rental equipment, and our one-of-a-kind party store, we ensure that you will be able to create the event you dream of.
Event Planning & Consultation
Our Event Planning specialists will help you plan your event, exactly how you envision it. We understand that figuring out the logistics of everything you need can be overwhelming. That’s what we’re here for!
Our in-house consultants are ready to speak with you and help plan through every step of the process, easing your stress. Better yet…we make it fun! We listen to what you want out of your special day and help you bring it to life. We do all of this at an affordable rate, with your best interest in mind.
Event Equipment Rentals
Our Event Rental equipment, including chairs, tables, tents, lighting (virtually anything and everything you need) makes it easy for you to create the dream look of your event. Whether you’re planning a wedding, fundraising gala, etc., we can lend our helping hand. Rather than visiting a bunch of different vendors, Parties To Go provides you with a “one-stop-shop” for it all. Party Store
It’s not a party without decorations, right?! Our fully-stocked Party Store has everything you need for any occasion…and we mean any occasion! Birthdays, baby showers, holidays – you name it. Walk into our welcoming atmosphere, where our staff members are ready to help you find whatever you may need.
Don’t forget about our huge selection of mylar and latex balloons, also available in our Party Store. We provide stunning balloon bouquets that you can call in and order for Pick-Up.
