Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Parties To Go. If you would like to return purchased items for store credit, please read our Return and Refund Policy below.
For in-store purchases, we accept returns up to 30 days after your purchase date. All returned items must include your receipt in order to receive store credit. All returns must be sent with a traceable method to ensure your package may be tracked and receipt confirmed by your shipper of choice.

Refunds are for the cost of the products only. Online shipping and return fees will not be refunded. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. In order to be accepted for return, all items must be in a new condition, unopened and in original packaging.
We will not accept returns on seasonal merchandise or clearance items.
We do not collect any personal information about you through our website, unless you voluntarily provide it to us. You have the opportunity to provide your name, address, email and other information to get in contact with us, order party supplies, and/or sign-up for email communication.
When you place an order on our site, it is placed through a secure server. This server encrypts all information you input before it is sent. When we receive your personal information, we protect it against unauthorized use. We do not sell or trade customer information with others. We will not share your personal information with anyone outside of Parties To Go unless we are required to do so by law.
